I had to go there one more time

I hadn’t been there for several years

Someone said you won’t find her there

The last time there were too much tears

 

I couldn’t retrieve the trees to mark the spot

And realised I was so overwhelmed

Overwhelmed by so many emotions

On this yard which is like a realm

 

So I couldn’t find her, I couldn’t, literally

The trees were cut as I finally learned

I had to go there one more Time

She’s still there in the eternal rest she earned
