Kwaak - De Kerozinekikkers

After the release of 'Kerozinekikkers op Toernee'. The band had made a reshuffle. Caroline 'Kiks' became their sax-player and co-composer, Lesley 'De Prinses' was accepted on keys and would play fretless bass on the first studio-album as well as taking up the singing duties on the Ballad 'Time'. Henri 'De Nutking' would do the vocal on 'Bunch of Tunch', which was released as one of the first ever MP3 singles distributed via an online E-magazine called 'De Kerozinekrant'. Of course he did all the Guitar-parts too. Ben 'De Bopper' remained on the drumstool as before. Halfway the recording, Joris 'Truly Yours' was recruited to play Bass on live events but he wasn't on the album, despite being pictured on the cover. The album was originally released on their own 'Sloot Records' -label and went out of print quickly. In 2018, 'Nutking Records', the label that took over the suffering 'Bounty Records' -label also took over the orphaned 'Sloot Records' and made this album available again. The previous album 'De Kerozinekikkers op Toernee' was a genuine Bounty Records release and automatically came into the hands of Nutking Records.
