Inblazen - De Kerozinekikkers

deluxe front.png

The second studio-album by 'De Kerozinekikkers' was recorded in 2006 by Truly Yours who played Bass as well after the Drumtracks were recorded in a different studio by De Prinses. De Bopper had left the band in 2005 so the band were auditioning drummers shortly after the completion of the recording. Eventually Doctor Luit got the gig. Kiks still completed all saxophone-parts besides those on the pimped-up single version of 'Funk Meets Acid'. These were played by 'Deeky J.' who stepped in half-way the 2006/2007 Tour. The drumpart on the single version was programmed on a drumcomputer. The single was released as part of a band-contest CD called 'GULP 2007', together with a very compressed version of 'Perfect Sound' for maximum volume when aired. The completed album was put on the shelves and wasn't released until 2009, when Bounty Records stepped into De Kerozinekikkers-heritage. They released a 'Deluxe' version with the Single and B-side as extra tracks plus a radio Interview by U-trax with De Prinses, Truly Yours, Deeky J. and de Nutking.
