Mean & Ugly is the Sound Advice album with the female touch. Singer Feike does a convincing job here and in a way also creates a worthy follow up to the old Saint Vitus-canon. In Concert she even impersonated that bands' original Divas when Henri crashed out the riffs to 'Make Your Move' for the first time in twelve years. This here rendition of Society was probably targeted at the Kriziz-fans.

In 2022 an expanded version of the album was released to replace the old Bounty Records release. Nutking Record added up to four songs which weren't released properly before. All in all 'Mean&Ugly' is the one release you need when you're a casual fan.
